Return Policy:

  1. Return Period
    1. You may return items purchased on our website within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.
  2. Return Conditions
    1. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags.
    2. Returned items must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
    3. Items damaged due to improper washing, abusive use, modification, or machine washing causing a change in the garment size will not be accepted as a condition for return.
  3. Return Fees
    1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or our error.
  4. Return Process
    1. To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
    2. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and initiate the refund.
  5. Refund
    1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
